AutoPilot’s Account Retention Service offers your institution a consistent and effective resource to resolve overdrawn accounts and re-engage consumers. You will benefit from a turnkey service program that efficiently and cost-effectively communicates with consumers to cure overdrawn accounts. As with all of our call efforts, compliance is at the forefront of our program. We employ vigorous training, internal audits, and quality assurance controls to ensure compliance with FDCPA and other applicable regulations.

How it works:
- Your financial institution sends SWBC a file of up-to-date and accurate information on a daily basis.
- Between days 15 and 45 of an account being overdrawn, SWBC places a blend of automated and live calls on behalf of your institution encouraging deposit or payment by phone to resolve their negative balance.
- SWBC attempts to contact the account every five days.
- SWBC handles inbound calls resulting from these outbound efforts.
